On Monday, 16 May 2022, the Socially Responsible Employer certificates ceremony was held at Ljubljana Castle. TIK is also among the proud recipients of the Socially Responsible Employer accession certificate.
Obtaining of the certificate brings recognition to our work done so far and encourages and motivates us to carry out all planned activities in the future, with the aim of being even better, acting as a socially responsible employer in all areas of our operations.
We focused on the field of intergenerational cooperation, as we are aware that in the next few years, the structure of employees will change with the retirement of older employees and the arrival of new employees. We will face a great challenge of cooperation between generations with the arrival of new young employees. Older employees have invaluable experience and knowledge gained through work, young people are armed with new knowledge and extensive digital skills. Successful leadership, mentoring, knowledge transfer and the interweaving of their different skills will be a great challenge for all, as well as an opportunity. We want to create opportunities for work and development of all generations in the company.
