After a six-month delay in the production of the line, the eagerly awaited wetting TIK line of catheters was procured and installed at the beginning of March 2018. The line, which is the result of the domestic knowledge of the engineers in the company and designers of Slovenian machine manufacturer, is manufactured according to established modern production guidelines, which meet all the requirements of medical production and high safety standards. After commissioning and testing, the necessary validation processes according to the standard ISO 13485 will follow. We plan to start regular production by the end of June.
The new wetting line will allow us to build a new line of catheters for self-catheterization. The new products with a new coating and user-friendly packaging will have all the features that users of such products are looking for and will see as an advantage for use. TIK wants to make these products the most optimal choice for the users of such products.
The total investment in the technological equipment of this product group amounts to 1 million euros.
