We are pleased to announce that we have joined the Group of Socially Responsible Employers by obtaining the Accession Certificate.
At TIK, we have older employees with invaluable experience and knowledge, as well as young people with new energy, different knowledge and understanding, so at the beginning of obtaining the certificate we focused our efforts on intergenerational cooperation. The Socially Responsible Employer certificate gives us all recognition for our work so far and encouragement and motivation to carry out all planned activities in the future, with the aim of becoming even better, working as a socially responsible employer in all areas, focusing on the relationship with employees.
